It was announced today that SuperInn will be ceasing operations as of October 31, 2019.
Acorn clients who are currently using SuperInn will need to choose a new reservation service sooner rather than later and make sure to get the information updated on any site, especially your own website, where the SuperInn link is active. This will include Google Analytics, State and Local assocation sites, or other sites where you have provided a reservation link.
If you are an Acorn client who needs to have the links updated on your own website, depending on your service level with Acorn, please use the following methods:
Pay-as-You-Go clients will need to submit a Support Ticket to have these changes made, using this link: https://acorn-is.com/submit-a-support-ticket.htm. The work will be done at our current rates.
Advantage Plan Level 3 and 4 clients will be able to work with their Project Manager to have this work done. Please contact your PM as soon as you’re ready to make the change.
Advantage Plan Level 1 and 2 clients, please contact Lisa Kolb at firstname.lastname@example.org to have the changes made.
Today, SuperInn sent a very helpful email to its users describing how to download your information for your new reservation service, or for your own use. Please do not put off doing this as soon as you know you are moving to a new provider. If you didn’t receive that email, make sure to contact SuperInn to update your contact info, as you may be missing important communication from them.
