  1. Thank you so much for this enlightening series. I appreciate the fact that you realize we are not "techies" and presented the videos in such a non-threatening way. Not only have you provided downloadable checklists for ensuring that bed and breakfasts/inns can gather the information they need to create a web site that will work for them, you have created real working tools for recording that information. Besides the questions you suggest, each form has a space for our own questions,your recommendations for additional ways to gather impartial information on the companies, and finally, a summary form that collects all the information in one place for comparison. Thank you so much for educating us on such an integral piece of our business! (P.S. Bet Acorn will rank high on the comparison sheets for all these topics!)
