Marian Talbert, Willie Louthen-Brown, Helena Stamper and I will be in Lancaster, PA, March 6-8, 2011 for the 4th Annual Mid Atlantic Innkeepers Trade Show & Conference. Acorn-IS will be very busy during the entire show.
On Sunday, the 6th, we will be presenting a free tutorial on Google Analytics - 101 Basics at 1:00 p.m.
First thing Monday morning, Acorn IS will kick off the day in the General Session with MythBusters for Innkeepers … a fun-filled presentation where we will EXPLODE some of the collective marketing beliefs seen today.

Also, Acorn-IS team members will be providing 1-on-1 Consulting Sessions during the day on Monday and Tuesday; a sign-up sheet will be available at the Registration Table.
Then on Tuesday, Acorn IS will be presenting Reel-to-Real Video Marketing, a very timely workshop. Innkeepers planning to attend this session will need to do a bit of homework beforehand! See below:
- Step 1: If you do not already have a program you use for video purposes, you will learn how to use the free version of Photo Story 3. Please load this to your PC before the workshop. To do this, search for "Photo Story 3" in Google and download it. It's free!
- Step 2: Make sure your version of Windows Media Player is Version 10 or higher, otherwise Photo Story 3 will not install.
- Step 3: You will need to bring 4-5 full size professional grade images to use as you learn to build a video from flat images in this workshop.
