ALP (Association of Lodging Professionals) is hosting a two-day getaway for the ladies of lodging - associate with other woman in your industry - meet new friends and advisors, and make life-long connections. This retreat is meant to foster connectivity, acceptance, and encouragement, and features sessions with hospitality’s most influential and successful women leaders. No matter your age or experience level - just starting, or a long-time veteran, this retreat will have something for you. A women-only group will also allow ideas to flow more freely, and address questions and concerns that might be missed at other conferences. Sessions will include topics such as negotiating, helping others along in your journey, taking risks, promoting yourself, financial decisions and personal boundaries.
