Please complete the form below to submit a Support Request Ticket. Once you click on Submit, a copy of your request, including a tracking number, will automatically be sent to the Email Address entered on the form below.
- Support Ticket requests submitted via the form below is billed at $85 an hour with a 15-minute minimum.
- Support requests submitted only by Email or by phone will be billed at $100 an hour with a 15-minute minimum.
- If your Request will require more than 15 minutes of work, then we will send you an estimate for approval in advance of doing any work.
- Before creating a new Support Ticket, please check the FAQs page (coming soon).
- Critical / Down issues are dealt with immediately. All other support requests are dealt with in the order of which they are received.
- Any additional Word Docs or Snapshots may be emailed directly to firstname.lastname@example.org Please include the associated Ticket Number in your Email.
- Web / Blog Images will not be processed if sent via Email, but instead should be placed in DropBox to email@example.com
