2021 Products, Services and Rate Adjustments Announcement

(Including Pre-Pay Options and Webinar Invitation to Learn More and Ask Questions)

 

Mark and I and the entire Acorn Team want to let you know how much we appreciate your support, especially through this past year. 2020 certainly has been a wild ride for all of us. Through the COVID-19 challenge, we’ve learned just how critical our personalized service is for smaller innkeepers and we have seen your needs evolve as well.

In response, in 2021 we’re offering new services and a new Advantage Plan level in order to help meet your needs. In addition to these new services, the new year will also bring about the rate increase that was supposed to have been implemented April 1st, 2020, but which we put on hold because of COVID’s disruption to the industry. We acknowledge that there are still ongoing challenges to the industry as a result of COVID-19, but we anticipate those will begin to improve as we turn the corner into 2021.

We will be holding a Webinar on Wednesday December 2nd to go over our Products, Services and Rate Adjustments for 2021. It will be recorded, and available for viewing if you cannot attend.

Following are the new rates that will be implemented on January 1, 2021 and reflected in your April 1, 2021 invoice.

 

ADVANTAGE PLAN LEVELS

  • Level 1: $99 a month (no change)
  • Level 2: $149 a month (previously $125)
  • Level 3: $449 a month (previously $325)
  • Level 4*: $1,169 a month (previously $999)

We are also introducing a new Level 5 service for our advanced clients who want us to go beyond the project management work that is included in Level 3 & 4. The pricing for Level 5 will begin at $1569/month*.

ADVANTAGE PLAN CLIENTS BILLABLE HOURLY RATE

  • Advantage Plan customers billable hourly rate will be charged at $100 an hour with a 15 minute minimum and applies to work that may include, but is not limited to: Web changes, Photo changes, Local Listing work, SEO changes, ADA updates, etc. 
  • Website work on websites not built by Acorn will be billed at $125 an hour.
  • Any work requested in advance of December 31st, 2020 will be billed at $85 an hour. 
  • Any work requested on or after January 1st, 2021 will be billed at $100 an hour.
  • Web work on websites not built by Acorn will be billed at $125 an hour.

 

BASIC MARKETING SERVICES

  • Blog: $180 each (previously $90)
  • Social Media: $45 each (previously $25)
  • Enhanced Content Email: $180 each (no change)
  • Simplified Content Email: $90 each (no change)
  • Pinterest Session: $45 each (previously $25)

 

PAY AS YOU GO CLIENTS (PAYG)

“Pay As You Go” Monthly Fees

  • “Pay As You Go” clients will keep their existing 2020 hosting and email fees through December 31, 2021.

“Pay As You Go” Billable Hourly Rate

  • “Pay As You Go” customers billable hourly rate will be charged at $125 an hour with a 15 minute minimum and applies to any questions, verbal or written communications including phone calls, support ticket and email correspondence in addition to work that may include, but is not limited to: Web changes, Photo changes, Local Listing work, SEO changes, ADA updates, etc. 
  • Any work requested in advance of December 31st, 2020 will be billed at $85 an hour. 
  • Any work requested on or after January 1st, 2021 will be billed at $125 an hour.

 

 

5% PRE-PAY

As always, we do offer a 5% discount for those who want to pre-pay annually on your January 1st bill covering the full 2021 year. If you are interested in signing up to prepay please Click Here to do so before December 25th, 2020.
