2020 Rate Adjustments as of April 1, 2020

Please locate your current Acorn Plan level below, and update your records with the following pricing adjustments.

(PAYG)PAY AS YOU GO CLIENTS

“Pay As You Go” Monthly Fees

“Pay As You Go” clients will keep their existing 2019 hosting and email fees through December 31, 2020.

“Pay As You Go” Billable Hourly Rate Starting April 1, 2020

“Pay As You Go” customers billable hourly rate will be charged at $125 an hour with a 15 minute minimum and applies to any questions, verbal or written communications including phone calls, support ticket and email correspondence in addition to work that may include, but is not limited to: Web changes, Photo changes, Local Listing work, SEO changes, ADA updates, etc. 

Our current billable rate of $85 an hour will remain in place through March 31, 2020. 

Any work requested in advance of April 1st, 2020 will be billed at $85 an hour. 

Any work requested on or after April 1st, 2020 will be billed at $125 an hour.

 

ADVANTAGE PLAN CLIENTS

Advantage Plan Subscription Fees

Advantage Plan Clients will keep their existing 2019 Advantage Plan Level 1, 2, 3 or 4 subscription fees through December 31, 2020. 

Should you choose to change your Advantage Plan subscription level after April 1, 2020 the new 2020 pricing will apply.*

Advantage Plan Billable Hourly Rate Starting April 1, 2020

Advantage Plan Clients Level 1, 2, 3 or 4 billable hourly rates will adjust to $100 an hour with a 15-minute minimum. 

Examples of billable work may include, but is not limited to: Web changes, Photo changes, Local Listing work, SEO changes, ADA updates, etc. 

Our current billable rate of $85 an hour will remain in place through March 31, 2020. 

Any work requested in advance of April 1st, 2020 will be billed at $85 an hour. 

Any work requested on or after April 1st, 2020 will be billed at $100 an hour.

 

* NEW 2020 ADVANTAGE PLAN SUBSCRIPTION FEES

Advantage Plan Level 1: $99 per month -- (No change)
Advantage Plan Level 2: $149 per month -- (Previously $125 per month)
Advantage Plan Level 3: $449 per month -- (Previously $325 per month)
Advantage Plan Level 4: Starting at $1,169 per month -- (Previously started at $999 per month)

Reminder: This new pricing will only apply in 2020 for existing clients who change or move to a new Advantage Plan level on or after April 1, 2020.
