Acorn created a superb website for us, and provided all the tools to enable us to maintain it on our own. When the need arose, they updated our site to a world class responsive site, at a very reasonable rate, and for which we have received countless compliments from our guests. Acorn has provided a level of support and education with which no other company can begin to compare. Lisa and her team are constantly on top of every development in the Internet, especially the constant updates from Google. They make sure their customers are constantly aware of every change on the horizon, and provide all the tools necessary to remain up to date. The educational opportunities provided by Acorn are unprecedented in the Internet industry.
Our Acorn-created website is basically our sole source of publicity. We have no printed advertisements, do not subscribe to Google ad-words, and are not subscribed with a booking agent. Yet, our occupancy rate has been consistently high, based only on the draw from our website. Lisa and Mark Kolb have been fantastic sources of support for us. Whenever we have a problem with email, Mark is always available and ready to help with great suggestions. When we attend B & B conferences, Lisa often makes initial contacts with us to help us through any questions or problems we may have. They have a fantastic team of professionals who are very responsive and helpful.
