Thank-you to everyone who completed the November Billing Survey!

Based on the variety of feedback, we have decided to leave our current Payment Agreement Policy in place for those customers who have been diligent with their on-time payments (Thank You!)

We have also implemented a 7 day Grace Period along with an automated late notice reminder to assist those who tend to pay a few days after the Invoice Due Date.

The Only Major Invoice Change we have put in place for 2008 is for our customers that do not pay on-time. For those customers, we will now require a credit credit card be placed on account for automatic payment withdrawal on the 16th of the invoicing month, or prepayment of the year’s estimated charges in advance.

This process will begin as of January 23rd, 2008 for those customers who have not paid their 2007 4th Quarter invoices by the due date.

Summary of Invoice Changes (Payment Agreement details are listed below in RED)

Invoices will continue to be E-Mailed to all clients the first day following the end of each quarter (Jan 1, Apr 1, Jul 1 and Oct 1).

Invoices will continue to be Due On the 16th of each invoicing month (Jan 16, Apr 16, Jul 16 and Oct 16).

A Late Notice will be automatically generated on the 17th of each invoicing month (Jan 17, Apr 17, Jul 17 and Oct 17) if payment has not yet been received in our offices by the due date.

A Grace Period of 7 days will be granted from the 16th to the 22nd of each invoicing month.

If an account payment has not been received by the 23rd of the invoicing month, the customer will be required to either place a credit card on account for automatic payment withdrawal on the 16th of the invoicing month, or prepay the year’s estimated charges in advance.

  Note: Development changes to Existing Sites will remain at $65 an hour. Any New Web Site Design and Development Contracts sent in 4th Q 2007 will honor the 2007 rates as long as the Deposit is received and Work Begins on or before Feb 2008.

2008 Payment Agreement

Invoices will be generated on January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1.  Payment is due on or before the 16th of the invoicing month.  A Grace Period of 7 days will be granted from the 16th to the 22nd of each invoicing month. If an account payment has not been received by the 23rd of the invoicing month, the customer will be required to either place a credit card on account for automatic payment withdrawal on the 16th of the invoicing month, or prepay the year’s estimated charges in advance.  Accounts past due may incur a $20 or 20% non-negotiable finance charge, whichever is greater, on the outstanding balance.  Acorn Internet Services offers multiple payment options for your convenience including personal and business checks (please verify the check is signed) and online payment.  Any work pending shall be suspended until the outstanding account is paid in full.  Checks returned due to insufficient funds will be charged an administrative fee.  Acorn approved payment plans will be subject to administrative fees. Acorn reserves the right to inactivate the client site for accounts not satisfied by 12:00 AM MTN time February 16, May 16, August 16 and November 16.  A reinstatement fee of $50 will be charged.  If an invoice is not received via E-Mail, it is the customer’s responsibility to log on to Billing Orchard and review the status of the account and adhere to the billing schedule above.
