Basic Website Hosting (10 Gig of Data Transfer)

The Fine Print . . . Hosting

The actual hosting transfer to Acorn is processed at no charge when the Hosting Starter Kit content is delivered in its entirety, including complete and accurate domain registration access. Should the customer need assistance gathering the hosting information, fees will apply. If the customer also will be installing Acorn Server Mail or FastMail as part of the move to Acorn for hosting, a 1-hour setup is included for free as part of the transfer process. If setup, including training and support, takes more than 1 hour, any time over the 1 hour is billable.

Hosting Services include Urchin Tracker. The Urchin Tracker training guide is provided online. Additional Urchin support, including, but not limited to, training, password resends and resets, and review and analysis of Urchin Statistics is a billable service. If Acorn is requested to repair or reload files for customers using FTP, such time will be billed to the customer. Domain registration and renewal is the responsibility of the customer. If assistance is needed, Acorn support is available at normal billing rates.
